Refunds and returns
Every title here is a digital download, so there is nothing to post back to us. What we promise instead is a file that opens and the book you paid for.
If something is wrong
Any of these is on us, and we will put it right:
- the file will not open, or it has been damaged in the download;
- you were sent a different title from the one you paid for;
- you were charged twice for the same order;
- the download link stopped working before you had used it.
Write to the address on any receipt we have sent you. We will send a fresh download or refund the payment in full, whichever you prefer.
Change of mind
If you have not downloaded the file, write to us within 7 days of paying and we will refund it. Once a file has been downloaded the purchase is complete and we cannot take it back. That is why every title page lists the page count, the paper size and what is inside before you buy.
How a refund is paid
A refund goes back to the same payment method you used, usually within 5 to 7 working days. How long the money takes to appear is set by the payment provider and your bank.
If we cannot settle it
If we cannot resolve something between us, the payment was taken by a payment provider and their dispute process is open to you.
