Terms of sale
These are the terms you agree to when you buy a title from this shop.
What you are buying
A licence to print and use the pages of the titles you buy, for yourself and the people in your household, at home, in a classroom, or in a care setting. You pay once, and you may print the pages as often as you like.
What you may not do
- resell, share or give away the files, or the printed pages, as a product of your own;
- offer the files as a download from another shop or site;
- present the drawings as your own work, or use them inside something you sell.
Printing pages for a class, a playgroup, a clinic or a care home is fine and needs no extra licence. If you need a licence for something larger than that, write to us and we will work it out.
Prices and tax
Every price is set in the currency it is sold in, and both prices are printed on the page: rupees (INR) for buyers in India, dollars (USD) for buyers elsewhere. The shop opens on rupees, follows where you are reading from, and keeps whichever one you pick. No price is ever worked out from an exchange rate, in either direction, so the price on the page is the price the checkout asks for before tax. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Where tax applies it is added at the checkout and shown as its own line, so the subtotal, the tax and the total are all in front of you before you pay, and the total shown before payment is the total charged. For buyers in India the rate is GST at 18 per cent. For buyers outside India no tax is added. Every order is invoiced, and the invoice shows the subtotal, the tax and the total as separate lines.
Delivery
Nothing is posted. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you give at the checkout. The link is set to expire after a fixed period. If you need it again after that, reply to the email and we will send a fresh one.
Titles that are not ready
A title that is not on sale yet is marked not yet available and cannot be bought. Nothing here is sold before it is finished.
Changes to these terms
We may correct these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of India.
